Online survey – help shape urgent care services in Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley

27 September 2017

Our short online survey will take a few minutes and closes 13 October

The short online survey is open until 13 October. We are asking for a few minutes of your time to help us make a big difference.

Over the past two years, we have been engaging with local people about urgent care services in the Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley area as part of a review which aims to tackle any current issues and improve patients’ experiences of these vital services.

Most recently, our teams listened to the views of local people at our community pop-up engagement stands this summer and last November our initial stakeholder event gathered the views of over 70 doctors, nurses, health and social care representatives, patients and the voluntary sector organisations to help us shape future services.

The next stage of engagement is to find out how existing services such as the walk-in GP service, the minor injuries unit at Gravesham Community Hospital and NHS 111 are being used by local people, and to get your feedback on how we can work together to continue making improvements.

We want as many local residents’ views as possible, so please take part in the survey now and please share with friends, family and nearby community groups.
